Lee Anne Horn

 MSN, PMHNP-BC, Master of Science in Nursing, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, joined Carolina Partners in 2015. She earned her MSN from Wayne State University. Before moving to North Carolina, Ms. Horn  worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Henry Ford Behavioral Health Services in Michigan. She treats ages 12 and up in our South Asheville, NC office where she specializes in eating disorders, substance abuse, PTSD, and personality disorders.
